Work Completion Times and Payments

Depending on work load, all work that is undertaken will be completed in a reasonable amount of time, and we do reserve the right to sub-contract when and where necessary. Turn around can be as little as two hours. Like all businesses, we rely on electrical utilities; when these fail it can be beyond our control; hence, during those times (which is not often; however, we do ask for your patience). We will endeavour to make contact with you. Please feel free to make contact should you have any concerns. Remember, "Communication is the KEY."

We expect payment on completion of work and in some cases a deposit before work commences, unless you hold account with us; work will not be release until payment has been received in full.

Do you sell clientele names or databases - Newsletters and Spam Issues

No! We do not sell our clientele names or databases. "Everything we do is kept strictly confidential" We do send out newsletters; however, if you do not wish to receive these then please tell us as we do not believe in spamming e-mail boxes.

What happens to the un-wanted or left behind documentations?

Everything we do is kept strictly confidential, any information or documentations that is left behind by the client or no-longer required, is shredded within 24 hours there are no exceptions. We cannot be held liable for documentations left behind unless written request is made inside the 24 hour period after the completion of work. If you want us to hold on to this information a small storage fee may apply.

How do we keep your information secured?

Electronically stored and regular back-ups are taken numerously throughout the day; back-ups systems are stored off premises in a secured area. Hard copy documentations are scanned electronically and kept in a lockable cabinet.

Public holiday issues

Our services are available 24 hours - seven days - with the exception of New Zealand's own public holidays, when we are closed. All assignments will be attended to on the next working business day after the public holidays. If your documentation is urgent, please book at least 5 days in advance, so we may accommodate and complete this on time.

How do you accept payment?

We accept direct credit or bank transfers. Please ask for banking details. Our services must be paid for in full before documentation is released unless an account has been approved. An account will only be considered when good credit and an ongoing relationship has been established.

Do you accept overseas clients?

No, as we are a New Zealand based organisation. However clients who own businesses in New Zealand but living overseas are exempt.
